SchoolRank's overall score is a weighted composite of five measured areas: Academic (NAPLAN results compared within the same year level nationally), Growth (cohort progress across the Year 3-5 and Year 7-9 transitions), Wellbeing (attendance, student-teacher ratio, support staff), Programs (extracurricular breadth from school websites and annual reports), and Value (outcomes relative to fees). Default weights are Academic 40%, Growth 20%, Wellbeing 20%, Programs 10%, Value 10%. Users can customise these weights to match their priorities.
