The Moreton Bay region covers everything from the Redcliffe peninsula's established seaside suburbs to the Caboolture growth corridor and the leafy hills around Ferny Hills and Albany Creek. Its 105 schools skew government (71), but the independents set the pace academically: The Lakes College at North Lakes has the region's strongest results, with Genesis Christian College at Bray Park and Mueller College at Rothwell close behind — Mueller being one of the biggest private campuses north of Brisbane.
